Our support mainly covers basic front-end development questions, bug reports and help with included 3rd party assets.
Individual customization requests are not supported. Also server side implementation and backend integration issues are not covered since we create HTML templates with front-end support only.
Our support generally operates from 10AM – 6PM IST from Monday – Friday. The support response time is 24-48 hours. But normally we tend to respond as quickly as possible.
Custom work is a paid option. You are only eligible for requesting custom jobs if you have a purchase key and can only be take up after mutual agreement on the costing, based on the work involved and the availability of our team members.
Envato Marketplace: A refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless one of the promises given by the author in section 21 has been breached, or a refund is required under the Envato Market Refund Rules.
Other Marketplaces: Check the refund policies on the respective marketplaces you are buying our template from.
Regular licence does not allow you to charge users for any access or a service, whereas extended licence can be used for a web service or SAAS that charges users for the access or a service e.g. monthly subscription fee.
If you buy a single licence for any of the licences, it can be used for a single end product and end product can be used by you or your client. But if you want to sell end product to multiple clients then you will need to purchase separate license for each client.
